Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I've had 3 appointments and they've only rescheduled one. They are very respected by their staff. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special but I'm just another client to them either. The waiting area is somewhat small, but there is always a seat available.
