The office scheduled an appointment for vaccinations that my child was to young to receive in order to be covered by insurance. That admitted mistake of scheduling this appointment while I was in the office. The office then denied refunding my co-pay for this visit that was never completed, for over 7 months. I called approximately once per month requesting a refund and received excuses like "they did not know how to refund my credit card" and they would look into it. Not until I called the credit card fraud line and had them assist in the matter did I receive a refund. The refund check I received in the mail was accompanied with a personal letter from the Dr. criticizing me for pursuing refund.
Other experiences at this practice include: Urine covered bathrooms, nurses or aides that regularly did not know what the vaccinations they were administering were supposed to prevent, unprofessional appearance and apparel of the nurse practitioner.
