They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well.

Doctor is a bit rough around the edges. She's a military doctor and she doesn't mess around. I prefer a more gentle approach to dealing with my kids and explaining what will be done to them etc, just not grab them and hold them down and get it over with..
