We went to Dr. Fuller for my sons primary care visits. For the second time, his office sent the referral to the specialist's office instead of United Health causing me to be billed at a higher rate due to a non referal. This has caused a few hours on the phone and a two appeals. I also believe Dr. Fuller is going through the motions these days as we were concerned about my sons facial acne, and he told us "it's no big deal." I took him to a dermatologist who was very concerned about possible"scarring." Plus one of of the receptionist in the office had an attitude as I was trying to resolve the referral issue even though they made the mistake of sending the referral to the wrong place.
