I probably would have stayed with Rainbow Pediatrics had the office staff not made so many mistakes within the first 2 months of me taking my son there. 1.They neglected to send me a hospital bill with amount I owed. I had several appts at the office and no one ever mentioned I owed an overdue balance 2.They waited till 15 mins before I was due to come in to get him his important shots to tell me there was an outstanding balance (due to insurance issues) & I could not bring him to his appt. I had to reschedule 2 times before we finally just paid the bill out of pocket. 3. They misfiled my son's shot records when I needed them to give to his daycare. I waited 30 mins while they searched before finding out they had misplaced them. 4. When my son's circumcision was healed I specifically asked if I had to do anything more with that & I was told no by Dr. Jeffery. When I last visited Dr.Wahida told me I was to pull back the skin and clean it because it had healed over & stuck trapping white stuff in his area. She then pulled back the skin with no pain meds given to my son. He cried and was clearly in pain. This was disturbing to me because I feel she could have taken the time to at least give him some numbing agent before ripping his skin apart on his genital area. But at least she gave me the proper way to care for his genitals since I was never told I needed to do that. 5. I was told by my daycare & new doctor that there wasn't enough skin removed from my son's area and that he might have to be circumsized again! 6. I felt like my son was just a paycheck to the people at this office and that no one actually cared about his well being. I'm an adult and I've never had any of my doctor's offices do this poorly. 7.My son needed a referal and they gave the wrong referal!!!
