They were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about their Patients. However not much helpful advice is given, just adding and adjusting meds without much good effect I hated that their phone rings sometimes during an appointment. I don't often relax during my appointments, I am on edge sometimes. I didn't wait too long. My appointment started a bit late.
