My complaint is not with the doctors but with the staff behind the counter and also the office manager. I waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes in the waiting room. Obviously when we were finally seen I was not very happy to say the least. The office manager came in and called me rude!?!!! Just terrible!!!!! So much for customer service!!!! The doctors on the other hand were fantastic. Word of advice, fire all office staff (especially the two very young girls behind the desk and the very ARROGANT and UNPROFESSIONAL office manager) and replace with people that have common sense!!!

This is NOT a recommendation, rather a notice of complaint. It makes no sense to me that an ORTHOPEDIC practice would make a 90 year old patient( with complaints of back pain and who they referred for a CAT scan) sit on an 2" padded exam table for 1hr 20 min. When the daughter brought this to Dr. Cochran's attention, his response was that the patient could have sat on the seat provided (which had NO padding!) and raises the question of where the 87y/o wife would have sat. Character, courtesy and common sense can go along way, unfortunately all was absent today at this practice. As far as I'm concerned, my father will NEVER return to this office .
