They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.
