I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN to go here. Its one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. This doctor discoverd my uterine cancer........because he LISTENED to me explain my symptoms. He listened though the pap tests kept returning as "normal". After explaining what is involved in a biopsy; I agreed and my cancer was discovered before entering into later stage. I am always grateful for his care and attention that he paid to me.

I do not feel welcomed there. My first visit no one even acknowledged me. After standing at the window my first greeting was "name". She wanted my name but that was it. The nurses that go back with you are very rude, literally everytime I go they do not say a word to me unless that have to ask a question. Then I go in for an ultrasound and the ultrasound tech was accusing me of lying of what my last dr had told me until she saw that I was right but this was supposed to be a happy day. I go to the check out window and the nurse there says here you can take these and hands me a big stack of magazines, instead of saying this is our gift to you or something to not make you feel like take these and get out. My opinion is that all these employees need to take a class on integrity and proudness in their office and how to treat patients. I have worked in medical offices for years and have never seen this much rudeness.
