They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. Dr. Hixson listened to me and that in itself set her apart from other doctors i have seen. She knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was given an indepth explationation of all the possible causes and the steps necessary to eliminate everything, I was also fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

I had just turned forty when Carolyn diagnosed me as post-menopausal. Every physician I had seen prior totally missed the diagnosis. That was twenty years ago. I've recently returned to the area, and I'll see her as soon as I can for another unusual situation. She's the best diagnostician and GYN I've ever encountered.
