Dr. Crouser had the unenviable task of performing a biopsy and then later informing me I had cancer. I felt worse for her actually since she had to break the news to me. She was very empathetic and helpful through the entire time. When I had questions later on concerning whether I could take certain supplements her office was very helpful. I'd highly recommend both Dr. Crouser and the office staff.

Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature.

I feel that Dr. Crouser is the best in her field. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN to go here. Its one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
