Dr. Udrea is a caring, highly competent physician. Dr. Udrea's office, however, is in complete chaos. The appointment scheduling software is not reliable, so that paper documentation of an appointment does not match the scheduling system. Tests do not get scheduled without multiple reminders. Results are not reliably filed in charts. Reports are not reliably sent to primary care physicians, and Dr. Udrea will not send them to you. If you are a patient, consider yourself to be part of the office staff, and stay on top of everything. It takes more than a good doctor to receive good medical care.
