Saw him twice... waited OVER THREE HOURS each time. Staff said, "don't talk to me about it. Talk to him. I happens all the time." Love that great helpful attitude! I DID say something to him. Boy, you should see his arrogant eyes go icy when you do! That attitude is EXACTLY what the medical profession is trying to rid itself of. He may be a good mechanic, but he clearly skipped the classes about running a business and relating to patients!
