They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find.

They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored.

Later I learned this physician is not reliable and will cancel her appointments often. She also lost an office due to poor management.
