My complaint is not with Dr. Canos but with her incompetent newest staff member. Since Melody left the new girl on the block could use some extensive training. She does not know how to draw blood without leaving you with a nasty hematoma. Also, the prescription that Dr. Canos wrote was not only submitted to the wrong pharmacy but was not submitted in a timely manner. October 2013
