My Mom was seen almost as soon as we walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around her appointment at all. Dr. Hess is very good with older people and I will definitely refer my friends and family here. I think more people should know about her. She was ready to see Mom when we showed up for her appointment. Her staff is also great to work with.
