I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and professional, which I appreciated. I felt welcome during my visit. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
