After almost 5 years under Dr. Novick's care I definitely recommend this doctor to people I know. Both the doctor and staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their equipment was very advanced and modern. I was impressed. They are completely committed to helping me.

Very professional in all aspects from reception through billing. Dr. Novick is a superb communicator and encourages you to ask questions and to be involved with the procedure. I have never felt rushed while with him. And, he hires very effective assistants to work with him and they are with him when he visits patients. The assistant can prepare prescriptions right on the spot and you walk out with them--highly effective.
