Called due to bleeding but I was told Dr Shay isn’t seeing her patients anymore rather is scheduling everyone with her NP; I ended up in ER & found Dr Shay no longer services Aultman Hospital. ER doc
needed to review my records so I requested a copy sent over. Then, I confirmed my long awaited appt with Dr Shay’s NP. Showed up on time for my appt to find out Dr Shay cancelled it & all services for my having my past records sent to be reviewed by the ER doctor. Though I requested her care, she refused. I absolutely do not recommend Dr Mona Shay’s practice!
