Dr. Cynthia Zelis is a fantastic and caring practioner. However, the office is poorly managed by the office management. It is difficult to reach the office; the line often rings busy or an answering service answers to inform you that they are out of the office. Dr. Zelis doesn't call back, the staff runs everything. The only way to speak with the Dr. is to actually schedule an appointment; but Dr. Zelis will give you care and attention during that appointment.
