There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They were friendly and made sure I was comfortable and prepared. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
