The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
