Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. My child absolutely loves Cathy Riggan, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
