you have to call several times to get someone. staff is rude when you are bringing a problem to them that seems unfair on your behalf. the doc i seen was pelucio. he yelled at me and my husband we were trying ot tell him the treatment wasnt working well for me that we needed to try other options. he got upset and we left. I have 2 toddlers and you cant predict when one of them is going to be sick or get hurt. he excused one where my son had a fever for family emergency then he woouldnt for my 3 yr old who broke his leg at pre-k i had to get a cast on his leg he charges me still for the visit. I am with a New doc now at a different office not eastover. You never know when you have a family emergency I feel you shouldnt be charged. I would not recommend this office they want your money but they dont want to help you
