I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
Horrible, arrogant know it all doctor. Rude, will never go back. Extremely Judgemental, he needs a reality check of what a good parent is. Money seem to be important factor and not the patient. I would definatley not recommend him.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are professional and make the whole experience that much better. I would certainly recommend Dr. Segal and his entire team - they are absolutely the best!
