Absolutely Terrible. I have gone to Dr. Roane for the past 2.5 years. She has been nice enough and I understand her to be fairly intelligent and knowledgeable about her profession. HOWEVER. The nurses are terrible. One called me a liar -- TWICE. Which was neither true in these cases nor appropriate for a nurse to do. They continually messed up my charts to the point that Dr. Roane was claiming I had experienced certain symptoms that I never had. In another case, I was worried about a benign lipoma and she instantly recommended surgery - after speaking to me about it for about 30 seconds. Super unsupportive and unwilling to invest time in her patients. My average wait time is 45min-hour after my scheduled appointment time. They always claim it is an abnormally busy day. Dr. Roane will then spend about 5 minutes with you. Not only did I find her staff overwhelmingly rude, she has charged me repeatedly for tests I pointedly asked not to be administered. I have been undergoing the same strange symptoms for about 1.5 years and it seems she is using a trial-and-error approach to my issues, rather than seeking out a real diagnosis. My general practitioner recently warned me about her practice which helped me to finally decide to leave her care. I would not recommend her to any other women.
