They are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've never felt awkward here. They were kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about being hurried thru an appointment or feeling belittled. They had magazines yet I spent short times in the waiting room. The restrooms at this office were spotless. The staff are helpful
