They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They were professional and went out of their way to see my needs were met. I was very satisfied with my visit. I found the office, but only because I had received simple, very clear directions.

Their staff is very friendly and very professional. The office clean and well kept. And the wait time is less than 15 minutes. But in my opinion Dr, Charya was very unprofessional. He's a board certified sleep specialist, and I was referred to him for insomnia due to thyroid disease. But Dr. Charya did not review my medical records (which I had with me) nor did he listen to my symptoms. Instead he asked me inappropriate personal questions that were far beyond the scope of my visit or the reason for my visit. I feel like my appointment was pointless and a waste of time, so much so I will likely file a complaint with the local medical board (and literally I've never filed a formal complaint in my life!). None of my questions were answered (in fact, didn't even listen to my questions or comments!). I felt like nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Though the office was easy enough to find, I would never visit them again nor would I recommend anyone else visit him. I was very disappointed. I rarely write reviews, positive or negative. And I have seen some unhelpful doctors in the past that perhaps warranted a negative review, but this doctor goes far beyond any unhelpful doctor I've seen. In fact, I feel he is very unprofessional.
