They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.

Once in, I felt like Dr. Cyzner would be like a lot of my other Dr's, warm and trying to make me feel welcome and comfortable. He just barged in without knocking, didnt even bother introducing himself or asking me who my chaperon was (my mom). He seemed quite arrogant and wouldnt let me fully complete my sentences before interrupting me or cutting me short. The visit itself was a quickie because he immediately sent me to be admitted in the hospital. I should praise him for that, he was (after God) a savior for me who sent me right on time cause otherwise it would take my life! I continue to see him for this reason.....that he pretty much saved my life.
I wish he could be a little warm and kind to patients and not be mean and talk down to them. I continue to be nervous and uncomfortable with him.
My last appt with them, I had to see the PA even though he seemed free, walking around the office/clinic. And all she was interested in was her weekend getaway to Las Vegas over the long weekend! She couldnt give 2 hoots about my complaints and such and sent me packing with a few samples of liver enzymes!! Good Lord!!
