In April 2013 I chose Dr John Roach of Bayside Plastic Surgery in Lutz to do my breast augmentation. Now in my mid forties at 5’7 I was a “full a, occasionally small b cup” wanting to achieve a fuller, but “natural” look.

My past experience has been to initially meet a new plastic surgeon while wearing a paper gown. I found Dr Roach’s method of a clothed sit down consultation with office manager, Nicole, to be comfortable and respectful. Dr Roach is a highly trained board certified physician specializing in mastectomy and cancer patients and his polite manner has been consistently indicative of such. He expressed that my comfort level throughout this process was very important to him, and I did not find him to vary from that. In hindsight he was both genuine and accurate.

Additionally his female staff is an extension of the care and interest this doctor has, and I appreciated that they were able to offer me their own personal experiences. I cannot imagine that any cancer patient could have a better experience than Bayside Plastic Surgery.

In summary, this talented and impressive doctor gave me exactly what I desired out of this surgery. I have beautiful, natural looking (size d/dd) breasts that have given me an extra boost of happiness in my overall attitude every day. I cannot thank Dr Roach, Nicole and Kirstie enough for each of their contributions. This was a very positive and ultimately life changing experience.

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
