They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
