I was traveling through Charlotte area and had to stop at Dr Mobley's clinic for a small spot of staff infection I had gotten from a hospital. Cultures were taken and I was given the correct antibiotic. So far everyone in the clinic was great then it came the part of me attempting to get a refill that was listed on the computer on my portal. I filled out the proper form on the web site and waited and waited until I was almost out of my first set of antibiotics. I ended up having spend more money and go to my family doctor to get the 2nd round of antibiotics because the spot was still slightly there. After three more days I couldn't believe that the refill was marked expired without not as much as a phone call. don't know who's fault it was but it cost me more time and money so don't go if you think you need something else once you leave the office

Dr. Mobley is always professional, friendly, courteous, efficient, and effective in diagnosis and treatment. He spends adequate time to hear from the patient and has great doctor-patient relations. When I have need to go to urgent care, I am always happy and relieved to find that Dr. Mobley is my doctor. Anyone who has him for their doctor will get first-rate attention and treatment.
