They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They definitely were not willing or able to answer the majority of the questions I had. I needed a lot of information, but received barely any. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.
