I went to the office today to inform the medical staff that a family friend, who was treated there on Friday, was dead as of Tuesday. He was 25 years old. I spoke with the female physician, daughter of Dr. Le, for less than five minutes and it was a tremendous struggle to keep her in the room for even that long. She was literally already leaning toward the door before I began speaking. No condolences were offered and she was obviously disinterested from the time she walked into the room. This practice, at least in this instance, is dangerously overprescribing controlled substances with inadequate assessment of the patient. They spent yesterday making money through McMedicine practice; this young man spent his on a slab in the Medical Examiner's Office. I went there, as a nurse, to inform them of the consequences of their prescribing practices and was met with disdain. Make your own judgment, but really think about it before trusting any doctor that operates on a conveyor belt model. Please note: the only reason there is a 1/2-star on this review is that the site would not let me remove it. My rating is 0 stars, potentially dangerous, and at least one doctor shows no interest in the outcome of treatment provided there. A vibrant young man is DEAD. She wasn't interested in anything but getting to the next paying patient.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
