They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
