I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
