It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Instead of just recommending surgery right away I was presented with many treatment options here. I knew if I had to get surgery, it would be their last resort. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
