Dr. Hicks may be a great surgeon but how he treats his patients and everyone else within his reach is horrible! I ended up with him after Dr Thom Loree left Roswell a couple of years a go. Sir, you will never fill Dr Loree's shoes! I have since found Dr Loree and I am under his care.

The staff is his office were freindly and helpful, however Dr. Hicks was not! He is very rude, and has no bedside manner whatsoever. They never close the doors when you are in any of the patient rooms, which is very strange. I had to go to 5 different rooms and explain the same stuff to at least 5 different people. I had to do a test, for whast reason I do not know where they put a tube up your nose and down your throat. I started gagging and they cldn't complete the test. I was upset and I felt bad about it. Dr. Hicks came in and brought the 5 other ppl into this small room where I felt like i was under attack. He said if you dont want to complete this test....... I said its not that i dont want its that i couldn't. Then he said if you want to go get another opinion, and i cut in and said what do you mean get another opinion, I dnt even have one opinion, actually I really dont even understand why Im here. I ultimately ended up walking out of the room and leaving. I would not trust that man with my care or anything else. It was the most bizarre experience I ever had.
