This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Dr. Smith is in this profession for the money, and simply the money. After making a mistake on me for the SECOND time,.. although willingly knowing and admitting he made this mistake, did not want to correct it without another fee for fear of having to pay his staff on hands himself, and personally said to me while family was in the room,.. "For all I care, you can go on looking like this your whole life!".. True story. SAD, now I'm stuck wishing I NEVER had this procedure done. He gives a bad name to the profession and to other doctors. I do have pictures as well, but it's too embarrassing, I'm ashamed what this man has done to me, and not even cared or taken any pride in his name or work. Many others I learned have suffered from him. Unfortunately it was too late, but hopefully not for another person after reading this and re-considering.
