Dr.Millman is a credit to the art and science of medicine. He is particularly adept at applying medical science breakthroughs to modern practice.I have had a hydroxyapatite ocular implant, surgically implanted by Dr.Millman , since they were first
made available in 1990. It has allowed a level of movement in my artificial eye that I only wish I had in the prior thirty years.
