I saw Dr. Krantz for the first time yesterday, and what a HORRIBLE eperience. Unprofessional does not begin to describe the Dr and office staff. First the women behind the desk were extremely loud, secondly, the woman who takes the urine sample and takes you to an exam room is very rude and was wearing THE SAME GLOVES for a while. She was wearing gloves but was still touching things around the office...YUCK! Third, the doctor was inconsistent with what he was telling me, barely explaining anything to me, walked out of the exam room mid-sentence to have a talk with someone in the hallway about keeping verizon and so on and so forth.
I WOULD NOT HAVE ANYONE I KNOW SEE THIS DR! Needless to say, I will not be returning.
