I was refered to this Dr, so i didnt do any calls over the phone. My wait was cery quick, the office staff, the nurses were all cery kind. then the dr came in. first thing he says is why are you here (in a snotty tone) i explained kidney stones. that i was in the ER for them. he told me that they didnt know what they are talking about. kidney stones dot cause pain and he doesnt know what i expect HIM to do for me. He doesn't believe I have kidney stones til I bring him a stone. i was very apauled by hos attitude and hos obvious hatred for his job. and will be seeking a 2nd opinion else where. I was very impressed by how clean their office was. Everything was neat and orderly, and it was obvious that they cared about making sure everything was sterile for their patients. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. You couldn’t pay me enough to return there again. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any doctor. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.

I was in so much pain during my entire appointment that I know could have been avoided if they actually knew what they were doing. They should have been much more careful. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. It was very easy for me to get an appointment with them. They had very convenient availability. I really liked how convenient their parking was at their office. I was able to find a spot very quickly.
