They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful.
The stuff is sure that 1.5 hour waiting time is normal. The doctor promiced to call with the results of the test he took. He never did that.
