They were only able to answer a few of my questions, and they didn't answer them thoroughly.
I was billed by some lab that I never went to or provided any specimen to the lab or doctor office on the billing date. I believe the error was not intentional. When I asked for more proof, there was no response from the billing lab or doctor office.
