I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

The staff and Dr. are very friendly. The biggest issue is waiting to be seen by Dr. Schottenstein. He did a surgery on my right eye. I had to go five times before the surgery. The average waiting time was 3.5 hours. One time I had an appointment at 11:00 a.m., he showed up at 1:00 p.m. Patients bring their lunches or snacks!
