She has a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. She would never think of taking a personal call during an appointment.

I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. However, it is difficult to get an appt. for an annual visit. You must call months in advance. If it's an emergency, you can get in quickly.

The equipment is a bit outdated but still does the job. And they do have many of the newest devices so I didn't feel as if the care was skimpy at all.

Dr. Melton is a professional and excellent at what she does. I trust her & my eyes to her care.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
