The Dr and her office & staff are very down to earth. She is easy to talk with and very knowledgeabble. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
