It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
