I have been using this practice for 8 years. I recently had a newborn. Upon arriving at my appointment I was told I had a 40 dollar balance' which turns out was a billing error on their end. They refused to see my premature 8 day old newborn because I could not pay the balance at that moment. I was told by the staff that this was the doctors decision. Frankly any doctor who turns down a premature newborn for a 40 dollar balance does not deserve to be a doctor at all. I have never had a balance before and always pay at time of visit. The staff was very rude, non professional and heartless.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here.
