The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding. They were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I
won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of
the situation. When our son was in Boston for surgery, Dr. Rose called recovery to see how he had done. Even the doctors at Boston Children's were impressed with that. Every time we go in Dr. Rose remembers us and asks pertinent questions. Even remembers that our son plays football and asks him about that. We've seen several other practitioners there and were happy with all of them. The ladies at the front are always helpful and very personable.
